Beehive is seeking a highly qualified IT Manager to lead and oversee our IT infrastructure, systems, and digital crowdfunding platform. This is a strategic senior management role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer
.
The IT Manager will be responsible for the overall management of Beehive's IT infrastructure, systems, and digital platform — including planning, organizing, and controlling IT and electronic data operations, while ensuring the security, confidentiality, and integrity of company data in full compliance with SAMA's cybersecurity and information security regulations
.
- IT Infrastructure Management – Oversee networks, servers, storage, and the debt-based crowdfunding platform; manage system performance, capacity planning, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Cybersecurity & Data Protection – Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, conduct security assessments, and respond to incidents in line with SAMA's Cyber Risk Control Framework.
- IT Policy & Governance – Develop policies covering access control, data protection, change management, and business continuity aligned with SAMA requirements.
- Vendor & Budget Management – Manage the IT budget, evaluate vendors, and oversee outsourcing arrangements per SAMA outsourcing regulations.
- Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, security awareness, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 4–7 years of progressive IT experience
- Proven leadership experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Must meet SAMA's professional eligibility requirements for senior management
- Must be a permanent resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Thorough understanding of SAMA's cybersecurity & information security regulations
- Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and other information security standards
