IT Manager - Infrastructure & Cyber Security

Our client, a leading Fin Tech company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Saudi IT Manager to lead IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and a digital financial platform. This is a senior leadership role reporting to executive management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and digital financial platforms.
• Ensure optimal system performance, availability, scalability, and capacity planning while driving infrastructure enhancements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls to protect systems, applications, and company data.
• Conduct security assessments, manage incident response, and ensure compliance with SAMA's Cybersecurity Framework and information security regulations.
• Establish and maintain IT governance policies covering access management, data protection, change management, disaster recovery, and business continuity in line with SAMA requirements.
• Manage IT budgets, technology vendors, and outsourced service providers, ensuring compliance with SAMA's outsourcing regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of IT experience, including leadership in an IT Manager or similar role.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001.
• Must meet SAMA's professional eligibility requirements and be a permanent resident of Saudi Arabia.
