Job Description ”

  • Develop and manage test strategies, plans, scenarios, and test cases for all system releases.
  • Lead functional, system integration (SIT), regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
  • Ensure test environment readiness, test data availability, and effective defect management.
  • Deliver high-quality testing cycles within agreed timelines.
  • Execute testing for health insurance solutions, including eligibility, claims, prior authorization, membership, benefits, and provider management.
  • Validate NPHIES transactions, business rules, coding standards, and system integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with NHIC, CCHI, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Support successful deployment with minimal production defects.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and business workflows.
  • Execute automated regression testing and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Improve testing efficiency, coverage, and release quality through automation.
  • Conduct performance, load, stress, security, and API testing.
  • Validate system scalability, reliability, and resilience under expected business volumes.
  • Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating performance and security risks.
  • Monitor testing progress through dashboards, KPIs, defect metrics, and traceability matrices.
  • Prepare quality reports and go/no-go recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Maintain complete testing documentation, audit evidence, and compliance records.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Promote QA best practices, standardized testing methodologies, and continuous process improvement.
  • Support organizational quality objectives through governance, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

    • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
    • 8–10 years of progressive experience in software testing and quality assurance.
    • Extensive experience in health insurance systems, digital healthcare solutions, and NPHIES implementations.
    • Professional certifications such as ISTQB, CSQA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

    • Test Strategy, Planning & Execution.

    • Test Automation (Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured).
    • API Testing (Postman, SoapUI).

    • SQL & Data Validation.
    • Health Insurance Processes (Claims, Eligibility, Prior Authorization).
    • NPHIES, NHIC & CCHI Standards.
    • HL7/FHIR Integration Concepts.
    • ICD-10-AM & Clinical Coding Validation.
    • Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership.
    • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
