Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Performance and Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Strategy Department. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in strategic planning, corporate performance management, data analysis, and business intelligence, contributing to informed decision-making and enhancing performance efficiency across the company and its various branches.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the performance metrics system, analyzing operational and strategic data, preparing reports, executive presentations, and interactive dashboards, and transforming data into insights and recommendations that support strategy execution and the measurement of organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Performance Management

• Develop and monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) framework and the Balanced Scorecard.
• Monitor the performance of departments and branches and analyze deviations from targets.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of strategic and operational plans.
• Prepare periodic reports on organizational performance for executive management, committees, and the Board of Directors.
• Prepare executive presentations on strategic performance and the results of initiatives.

Data Analysis and Business Intelligence

• Collect data from various systems and platforms and verify its quality and accuracy.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards.
• Analyze data and derive trends, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Develop automated reports and improve the efficiency of data collection and reporting.
• Conduct benchmarking and performance analysis across branches and departments.
• Support the development of databases related to organizational performance.

Digital Transformation and Organizational Analytics

• Contribute to the development of organizational performance management tools and platforms.
• Assess departmental needs and translate them into analytical requirements, reports, and dashboards.
• Leverage artificial intelligence and automation tools to improve reporting and data analysis.
• Support digital transformation projects related to organizational performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational performance management, business intelligence, data analysis, or business analysis.
• Certified KPI Professional (CKP) or Certified KPI Practitioner (CKP) certification.
• Practical experience in developing strategic plans or monitoring their implementation.
• Experience in developing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Balanced Scorecards.
• Experience in preparing reports and executive presentations for senior management, committees, and the board of directors.
• Ability to transform data into strategic insights that support decision-making.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, with the ability to prepare professional reports and executive presentations in both languages.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced experience with Power BI and business intelligence tools.
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience using digital platforms and enterprise performance management systems, with the ability to leverage technology to improve the efficiency of monitoring and reporting.
• Experience in multi-branch organizations or in the education sector is preferred.

The following are preferred

Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP) certification.

Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification.

Professional certifications in Business Analysis or Business Intelligence.

Experience with ERP systems and enterprise performance management platforms.
