A leading organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst – Cargo Airline API & Integration to support strategic digital transformation initiatives within the cargo airline industry. • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Analyze existing cargo airline processes and identify opportunities for business process improvement.
• Collaborate with architects and developers on API integrations and enterprise system interfaces.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, API specifications, and workflow diagrams.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
• Validate API responses, integration scenarios, and business workflows.
• Ensure complete traceability of requirements from analysis through project delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and stakeholder presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience within the Cargo Airline or Aviation industry.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and system integrations.
• Exposure to airline cargo systems is highly preferred.
