Security Analyst (Contract Position)
We are seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Security Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Jeddah. As a Security Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents and threats to ensure the protection of our company's data and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze security events from various sources including network and security tools, logs, and alerts.
- Investigate security incidents and provide timely response and resolution.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential risks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Create reports on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and remediation efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in information security or related field.
- Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), antivirus software, encryption methods.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in data.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
- Experience working with cloud-based environments (AWS or Azure).
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001 or GDPR.
This position is open to all nationalities. We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month along with visa sponsorship for international candidates.
