IS​/IT Manager

• Execute HQ IS-IT Strategy and deliver Market Roadmap
• Define Local Information Systems Strategy in alignment with HQ Strategy
• Clearly communicate objectives and associated accountabilities
• Achieve competitive advantage through technology
• Manage market IS Roadmap and balance HQ and regional requirements
• Foster partnerships between IS and other departments
• Manage IS Business & Technology Service Portfolio
• Ensure operational efficiency and service availability
• Accountable for Market Asset Management and IT budget
• Lead the IS Team to create and implement Standard Operating procedures

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or IT related field of study
• At least 7 years of experience in IS/IT, and 3 – 5 years of experience
• Demonstrated capability to lead and develop people IS/IT team
• Experience working for Retail brand/company
• Project Management experience - planning, leading & managing through projects
• Facilitation of issues and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment
• Stakeholder management in a matrix organisation
• Strong people leadership and management, and talent development experience
• E-commerce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP knowledge and work experience

Demonstrates expertise in executing IS-IT strategies and managing technology service portfolios while ensuring operational efficiency. Proven ability to lead and develop IS/IT teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and implement standard operating procedures in alignment with business objectives.
