Loyalty Deployment Assistant Manager.CRM & Loyalty

Job Purpose :

To analyze loyalty program audience segments and campaign performance metrics, enabling data-informed decision-making that optimizes campaign targeting, improves member engagement, and maximizes the return on investment of loyalty initiatives across all channels.

• Analyze loyalty program audience data to identify behavioral segments, purchase patterns, and engagement trends that inform targeted and personalized campaign strategies.
• Develop and maintain campaign performance dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as redemption rates, earn rates, active member counts, and campaign ROI, enabling timely corrective actions.
• Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate campaign messaging, offer types, and targeting parameters, and present findings with clear recommendations to optimize future executions.
• Collaborate with the CRM and marketing teams to define segmentation criteria and prepare data-driven audience briefs that align campaign objectives with member profiles.
• Conduct post-campaign analyses to evaluate results against predefined targets, document learnings, and propose continuous improvement measures to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor member lifecycle metrics including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and churn to proactively identify risks and opportunities for program growth
• Support the development and validation of predictive models that forecast campaign outcomes, member value, and behavioral trends to guide strategic planning.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by collaborating with data engineering and IT teams to validate, reconcile, and maintain loyalty data sources and reporting pipelines.
