As the IT Manager / IT Lead, you will be responsible for managing the company’s entire IT ecosystem, including infrastructure, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, technical support, and business-critical applications. You will work closely with executive leadership to develop and execute technology strategies that support organizational objectives while ensuring system availability, security, and scalability. The role requires a strong blend of hands‑on technical expertise and leadership capability, with responsibility for vendor management, project delivery, IT budgeting, and team development.
You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and implementing best practices across IT governance and security. - Lead and manage the organization’s overall IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and technical services.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, standards, and operational procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and maintain enterprise networks, servers, hardware, software platforms, cloud environments, and end‑user systems.
- Ensure the availability, performance, reliability, and security of business-critical IT services.
- Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, data protection mechanisms, access controls, and risk management programs.
- Manage IT support services and ensure the timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
- Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors, technology partners, service providers, and consultants.
- Manage software licensing, subscriptions, maintenance agreements, and technology contracts.
- Identify opportunities for infrastructure optimization, process automation, and digital transformation.
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects while managing budgets, resources, and procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members while ensuring adherence to service standards and performance objectives.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventories, system records, and configuration management databases.
- Monitor infrastructure and security performance and prepare management reports and operational KPIs.
- Provide executive leadership with strategic recommendations regarding technology investments and innovation opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology environments.
- Proven leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience within IT operations or infrastructure teams.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, and systems administration.
- Experience managing cloud-based environments and modern technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, security controls, and risk management practices.
- Knowledge of data protection, backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
