Support PPFM’s digital transformation, systems administration, automation, business intelligence, and data analytics functions. This role will help develop, maintain, and optimize procurement and financial management systems, while providing technical support, reporting, and analytical insights to improve operational efficiency and decision‑making.

• Administration and Technical Support
• Provide user support for JIRA, SAP, Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint, ePP, ePFM, OMS, and related platforms.
• Manage user access and permissions in line with governance and security requirements.
• Coordinate with IMDT and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and knowledge repositories.
• Digital Transformation and Automation
• Support automation of procurement, financial management, and administrative workflows.
• Assist in designing, testing, and deploying digital solutions.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve PPFM operations.
• Contribute to enhancements in procurement processing, contract management, and compliance tracking systems.
• Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
• Manage procurement and financial management data in OMS and related systems.
• Develop dashboards, analytical reports, and performance monitoring tools using Power BI and other BI platforms.
• Conduct workload, resource allocation, and country portfolio analyses.
• Generate management information and insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Provide data inputs for institutional reports, management reviews, and performance monitoring exercises.
• System Development and Business Requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
• Liaise with IMDT and business stakeholders on procurement and PFM solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing, system validation, and post-implementation reviews.
• Design and maintain customized reporting solutions and ensuring data governance.
• Operational and Administrative Support
• Monitor clearance workflows and prepare delay tracking reports.
• Support divisional committees through coordination and reporting.
• Maintain internal platforms, collaboration sites, and information repositories.
• Provide analytical and operational support to PPFM colleagues and other units as required.

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Microsoft Power BI certification.
• Microsoft 365 or Copilot certification.
• Project Management, Agile, or Business Analysis certification is an advantage.

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in information systems administration, business intelligence, dashboard reporting, process automation, workflow management, or enterprise application support.
• Experience with procurement, financial management, ERP, or contract management systems is highly desirable.
• Experience in international organizations, development institutions, or multicultural environments is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Smartsheet, SAP, JIRA, and enterprise business applications.
• Familiarity with AI solutions, data analytics methodologies, reporting frameworks, automation tools, databases, and information systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and reporting products.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong technical writing, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Arabic or French is an added advantage.
