Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for a Saudi Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, firewalls, storage, backup systems, and ITSM environments
, with a strong focus on service availability, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN performance and improve service quality.
• Manage firewalls and security appliances, including associated licenses such as Palo Alto
  .
• Track and manage software and hardware license renewals.
• Perform regular backups and support disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide infrastructure-level support to the Service Desk team.
• Manage infrastructure tickets through ITSM systems such as Manage Engine
  , ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
• Prepare technical reports covering infrastructure performance and KPIs.
• Apply cybersecurity standards and internal security policies.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrade and improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and agreed timelines/KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering
  , or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience covering networks, servers, and security systems.
• Strong knowledge of networks, firewalls, storage, backup systems, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as Manage Engine
  .
• Previous experience in managed services contracts or the government sector is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and practices.
• Saudi National.

Preferred Certifications

CCNA / CCNP, PCNSE (Palo Alto), CompTIA Network+ / Security+, MCSA / MCSE
, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
