Role Overview
We are hiring a IT Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations within an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment.
The role requires execution, accountability, and the ability to operate across multiple IT domains under real business pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Handle IT tickets and service requests in line with ITSM practices (incident, request, basic problem handling).
- Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for:
- End-user issues
- Office 365
- Active Directory (user management, basic troubleshooting)
- Basic networking issues (LAN, connectivity, troubleshooting)
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors when required.
- Support applications and business users across different departments.
- Work across two physical locations (Head Office and Factory) on different days as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow defined IT processes.
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment
