We are looking for a Java Solution Architect, you will have the opportunity to design and implement robust, scalable, andhigh-performance software solutions using Java and other technologies that meetbusiness needs. You will be responsible for the architectural design of complex

Java-based systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. This role allows you to leverage your deep knowledge of Java technologies, cloud platforms, and best practices to drive innovation and optimize system performance.

• Design and implement high-level architecture forJava-based applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to clarifybusiness needs and detect dependencies, impediments and potential risks.
• Transform application storyboards and use casesinto fully functional software applications.
• Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews toensure adherence to established standards and practices.
• Detect bottlenecks and bugs and develop effective solutions to address these issues.
• Ensure code quality, organization, and automation while architecting and designing scalable, robust, and innovative
  
  Java applications.
• Participate in the full software developmentlifecycle.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trendsand technologies.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence tocoding standards.

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, CCE, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Java, with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience.
• Deep understanding of fintech industry standards and practices.
• Experience insprint planning, backlog management, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
