Data Management Office General Manager

As a Data Management Office General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's data management strategy, ensuring data quality, implementing data policies and procedures, and leading a team of data professionals.

• Develop and implement data management strategies and policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
• Oversee data governance processes and standards to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of data professionals to achieve data management objectives.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and integration across systems.
• Analyze data management processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management to drive innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
  Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in data management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, data integration, and data security.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement data management strategies that align with business goals.
• Certifications in data management (CDMP, CDP, etc.) are a plus.
