- Define and document data quality rules and support data quality monitoring.
- Assist with metadata, data lineage, data ownership, and business glossary activities.
- Identify opportunities to simplify reporting, eliminate redundant data processes, and improve data usage.
- Support regulatory, management, operational, and enterprise reporting requirements.
- Ensure analytical requirements are aligned with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of data for advanced analytics, machine learning, and future AI/LLM use cases.
- Communicate analytical findings and data issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to data standards, documentation, and best practices across the organization.
- Strong experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar data-focused role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases, preferably Oracle or similar enterprise database platforms.
- Good understanding of ODS, DWH, data marts, lakehouse, semantic layers, ETL/ELT, and BI architectures.
- Experience with data profiling, reconciliation, validation, and data quality analysis.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and data requirements.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including facts, dimensions, relationships, and analytical data structures.
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization and BI platforms.
- Understanding of enterprise data platforms and technologies such as Informatica, Golden Gate, MDM, DQ, EDC/Axon, or equivalent technologies is an advantage.
- Experience working with cloud and modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP is an advantage.
