Job Description

Develop and manage the UX Research Strategy & Roadmap aligned with business and product goals.

Conduct qualitative & quantitative user research, usability testing, personas, and journey mapping.

Translate research findings into actionable UX/experience recommendations.

Lead UX Research Operations, including tools, templates, repositories, SLAs, and vendors.

Provide UX direction and governance and review key UX/UI designs, flows, and prototypes.

Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, IT, CX, Marketing, and Business teams to improve digital experiences.

Track research impact and key UX/usability KPIs.

Requirements:

4-7 years of experience in UX Research, Customer Insights, or Human-Centered Design.
Strong experience in qualitative & quantitative research and usability testing.
Proficiency with tools such as User Testing, Maze, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or GA.
Experience with Personas, Journey Mapping, UX testing, and experience design.
Strong stakeholder management, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience managing research vendors and research operations.
Ability to translate research into UX strategy and design direction.
