Job Description

  • Develop and manage the UX Research Strategy & Roadmap aligned with business and product goals.
  • Conduct qualitative & quantitative user research, usability testing, personas, and journey mapping.
  • Translate research findings into actionable UX/experience recommendations.
  • Lead UX Research Operations, including tools, templates, repositories, SLAs, and vendors.
  • Provide UX direction and governance and review key UX/UI designs, flows, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, IT, CX, Marketing, and Business teams to improve digital experiences.
  • Track research impact and key UX/usability KPIs.

    • Requirements:

    • 4–7 years of experience in UX Research, Customer Insights, or Human-Centered Design.
    • Strong experience in qualitative & quantitative research and usability testing.
    • Proficiency with tools such as User Testing, Maze, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or GA.
    • Experience with Personas, Journey Mapping, UX testing, and experience design.
    • Strong stakeholder management, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Experience managing research vendors and research operations.
    • Ability to translate research into UX strategy and design direction.
