Job SummaryAs an Automation & Agent Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions and intelligent agents to enhance productivity and streamline operations across Zahid Group ecosystem. You will play a key role in embedding AI-driven efficiencies, optimizing workflows, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and deploy automation workflows and intelligent agents using platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, Zoho Creator, and AI frameworks.
- Integrate automation and AI agents with enterprise systems and leverage Snowflake for analytics-driven optimization.
- Design and maintain AI-enhanced creative workflows, including prompt libraries, style guides, and templates for consistent content generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI tools into ideation, production, and campaign workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Establish governance and quality control processes for automation and AI-generated outputs, ensuring compliance, security, and brand standards.
- Monitor performance and ROI of automation and AI initiatives, using dashboards and data insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Research and adopt emerging technologies in automation, AI agents, and creative AI tools to maintain future readiness.
- Train and support team members on best practices for automation and AI applications, fostering adoption and ethical use.
- Educational Qualifications and Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Certifications in RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) and AI/ML fundamentals preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of automation frameworks and agent-based solutions. Knowledge of data analytics and integration principles.
- Technical
Skills:
Familiarity with ZG platforms:
Salesforce, Infor, SAP SF, Zoho, Microsoft. Proficiency in automation platforms (e.g. Power Automate, UiPath). Experience with agent development frameworks and APIs. Ability to design data-driven automation solutions using Snowflake. - Language
Skills:
Arabic and English proficiency. - Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of Experiance in automation development, AI projects, or digital transformation roles. Hands-on experience in building and deploying automation workflows and agents.
- Key Internal Contacts: CoE. DSD / Business Units.
- Purpose of Interaction: Meet or exceed CoE overall performance & strategy. Ensure the continuous alignment between business & DSD & solution.
- Key External Contacts: Partners / Vendors / Consultants
- Purpose of Interaction: Manage third party implementation, support, licensing, and contracts. Ensure the continuous compliance with regulations.
