SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support SAP Finance and Controlling processes, implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in SAP FI and CO
, with a good understanding of end‑to‑end financial business processes. Experience working with SAP S/4

HANA is highly preferred.

Automotive industry experience is preferred
, particularly candidates who have worked with automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships, or automotive‑related organizations.

• Configure and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Conduct requirements gathering and fit‑gap analysis.
• Configure and support:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Bank Accounting
  • Tax configuration
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Internal Orders
  • Profitability Analysis (CO‑PA)
• Support integration between SAP FICO and other modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HR
  .
• Work on SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance implementations and/or transformation projects.
• Prepare functional specifications for technical developments.
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
• Support data migration and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare user documentation and conduct end‑user training.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous process improvement.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP functional consultants.

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP FI and CO
  .
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support.
• Good understanding of integration between FICO and other SAP modules.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and business process mapping.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Experience working with automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships, or automotive service organizations is an advantage.
• Understanding of automotive financial processes and business operations is a plus.
• Candidates with experience supporting SAP FICO within an automotive environment will be highly preferred.

• SAP FICO/SAP S/4
  
  HANA certification is an advantage.
• Experience in S/4
  
  HANA implementation or transformation projects
  .
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience in the GCC/Saudi market is a plus.
• Automotive industry experience is preferred.
