Information Technology Desktop Support

We are looking for an IT Desktop Support Specialist to join our team (Saudi National ONLY)

In this role, you will provide first and second-level technical support to end users, ensuring smooth and secure IT operations across the organization.

• Support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Install and maintain Windows/macOS and business applications
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage user accounts and access (Active Directory / Office 365)
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of user devices
• Resolve helpdesk tickets within SLAs
• Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus maintenance
• Support VPN and remote access
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and warranties

• Degree OR Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–8 Years of desktop or IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Good hardware troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Active Directory administration
• Enterprise environment experience
• ITIL knowledge
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 / Azure
