Network Engineer - Technician

We are looking for a professional and experienced Network Engineer/Technician to join our technical team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring continuous service availability and system security. This role is based in Jeddah with regular field visits to Makkah.

• Design and implement network solutions for the enterprise
• Manage and maintain switches, routers, and servers
• Monitor network performance and identify and resolve issues
• Document procedures, configurations, and technical recommendations
• Provide 24/7 technical support to users and departments
• Conduct field visits to branch locations in Makkah for on-site support and maintenance
• Ensure network connectivity across multiple locations

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology

• 3-5 years of experience in network administration and design
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP
• High problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
• Willingness to travel for field visits and on-site support
