- Provide daily technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, projectors, and smart boards
- Support school networks, email, Microsoft 365, and educational systems
- Maintain IT equipment, software, and asset records
- Assist with classroom technology, exams, and school events
- Ensure basic cybersecurity, data protection, and regular system updates
- Manage and follow up on IT support requests and incidents
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of IT support experience; school experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and support users professionally
