This is a role for someone who thinks beyond campaign execution. You’ll be responsible for overseeing our digital advertising ecosystem, monitoring performance, optimizing media spending, analyzing data, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve acquisition and business results. You’ll work closely with our digital agencies and internal teams, acting as a strong digital owner on the client side, someone who can understand the numbers, challenge recommendations, make informed decisions, and ensure our media investment is delivering maximum value.

• Digital Performance & Media Buying: Manages and optimizes paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, X, Snapchat, Linked In, etc., driving performance against CAC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion KPIs; scales high performers, cuts inefficient spend, and supports budget planning.
• Data & Performance Analysis: Turns campaign data into actionable insights across the full funnel (reach to deposit to customer value), tracks and explains performance trends, and builds reporting/dashboards to guide creative, audience, and budget decisions.
• Agency Management
  :
  Serves as the daily point of contact for performance with agencies, critically reviews their plans and results, holds them accountable for execution and spend efficiency, and contributes independent insights rather than just relying on their reporting.
• Innovation & AI :
  Stays ahead of digital marketing trends and platform changes, tests new channels and growth opportunities, and applies AI/automation tools to improve campaign monitoring, analysis, and overall efficiency.

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid media, or media buying.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other major digital advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of media buying, budget allocation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, attribution, and conversion funnels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
• Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversion, and marketing efficiency.
• Proven experience working with and managing digital agencies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Naturally proactive, curious, and constantly looking for ways to improve performance.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify performance changes and opportunities quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving digital environment.
• AI-savvy, with a genuine interest in using AI to improve digital marketing monitoring, analysis, optimization, and productivity.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
