OUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to work closely with UX/UI Designers, Visual Designers, UX Researchers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and banking stakeholders to design intuitive andscalable digital banking experiences.

The Senior UXDesigner will play a key role in defining the structure, behaviour, andusability of digital banking journeys across retail and corporate bankingchannels, including mobile and web applications. The role will translate business and customer requirements into clear information architecture, taskflows, wireframes, prototypes, UX content, and build-ready functional specifications.

The role requires strong experience designing complex digital products within regulated environments, with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives,technical constraints, accessibility requirements, and banking regulations..

YOUWILL

• Define UX strategy,information architecture, task flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design completejourneys covering key states, edge cases, errors, exceptions, and recoverypaths.
• Translate research,analytics, and business requirements into clear design decisions.
• Develop UX microcopy,including labels, instructions, errors, confirmations, and notifications.
• Produce functional specifications covering behaviour, business rules, validation, and dependencies.
• Map relevant systems,integrations, hand-offs, and supporting processes.
• Design with Arabic RTLrequirements alongside English LTR experiences.
• Apply existing enterprise design-system patterns and identify gaps where new solutions are required.
• Conduct workshops with business, technology, architecture, customer experience, and compliancestakeholders.
• Support benchmarking,expert reviews, analytics analysis, and usability activities.
• Collaborate with visual designers and engineering teams through handover and implementation.
• Review implementedjourneys against approved designs and specifications.
• Maintain design documentation and decision records.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to knowledge transfer.

• 6–10 years of UX design experience,including 3+ years in enterprise, financial services, or regulated environments.
• Strong expertise in information architecture, interaction design, user flows, wire framing, and prototyping.
• Advanced Figma skills and experience working with enterprise design systems.
• Proven ability to translate research and behavioural data into design decisions.
• Experience creating developer-readyfunctional specifications.
• Good understanding of WCAG 2.2 AAand accessible digital experiences.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrumenvironments.
• Strong analytical, communication,and stakeholder-management skills.
• Arabic/RTL design experience is an advantage.
• Experience with banking platforms such as Backbase, Temenos, or Finastra is an advantage.
• Banking, fintech, GCC/KSA, or otherregulated-industry experience is highly valued.
• Degree or diploma in Design, HCI, ora related field is preferred.
