“ The Job Description”

Lead Oracle EPM Cloud / Fusion EPM implementations and enhancements.

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

Configure Planning, EPBCS, FCCS, Workforce, Capital, and Projects Planning.

Develop and optimize Essbase cubes, business rules, forms, workflows, approvals, and metadata.

Design and manage integrations using FDMEE, Data Integration, and EPM Integration.

Support EPM integrations with ERP, Finance, and HR systems.

Manage application security, user access, and administration.

Develop reports using Smart View, HFR, and Oracle reporting tools.

Troubleshoot application, calculation, data, integration, and performance issues.

Support EPM Cloud upgrades, patches, migrations, and production activities.

Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, solution designs, and technical documentation.

Provide user training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion.
Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud / Fusion EPM.
Strong experience with EPBCS, Hyperion Planning, FCCS, and Essbase.
Experience with FDMEE / Data Integration and EPM integrations.
Strong knowledge of business rules, metadata, security, workflows, and approvals.
Experience with Smart View and Oracle reporting tools.
Strong client‑facing, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in consulting and multiple client environments is preferred.
