- Manage and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, routing, switching, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, availability, and security.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, endpoint security, and access management solutions.
- Monitor security events, vulnerabilities, and potential threats.
- Manage Microsoft Entra , Microsoft 365, and cloud-based security solutions.
- Support network connectivity across multiple branches and offices.
- Develop and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Perform troubleshooting, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers on network and security solutions.
- Contribute to strengthening the organization’s overall IT security posture.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in networking and cybersecurity.
- Good knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra .
- Knowledge of endpoint security, multi-factor authentication (MFA), security monitoring, and vulnerability management.
- Experience supporting multi-site and branch network environments.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, Microsoft, Security+, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
