Linnk Group is seeking an experienced OT/IT Cybersecurity Governance SME for an immediate onsite contract opportunity in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role is designed for cybersecurity professionals with strong expertise in OT/ICS governance, NCA ECC, NCA OTCC Level 1, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443 frameworks and standards.

The successful candidate will provide subject-matter expertise across cybersecurity governance within operational technology and information technology environments. The position requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and OT/ICS security practices.

• Provide subject-matter expertise in OT/IT cybersecurity governance.
• Support cybersecurity governance activities across OT and IT environments.
• Apply NCA ECC requirements to cybersecurity governance and compliance activities.
• Support implementation and assessment activities aligned with NCA OTCC Level 1.
• Develop, review, and improve OT/ICS cybersecurity governance processes.
• Support cybersecurity policies, controls, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Assess cybersecurity governance practices against applicable regulatory and international standards.
• Support alignment with ISO 27001 requirements.
• Apply relevant IEC 62443 principles to OT/ICS cybersecurity environments.
• Identify governance gaps and recommend appropriate remediation measures.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, OT, engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance on OT/ICS cybersecurity governance requirements.
• Support compliance reviews, assessments, and cybersecurity improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain relevant governance and compliance documentation.
• Contribute to strengthening cybersecurity governance and risk management practices.

• Proven experience as an OT/IT Cybersecurity Governance SME or in a similar senior cybersecurity governance role.
• Strong experience with NCA ECC requirements.
• Strong knowledge of NCA OTCC Level 1.
• Practical experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity governance

• Experience developing, reviewing, or implementing cybersecurity governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity compliance and risk management.
• Ability to work across both OT and IT environments.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a consulting/project environment.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Jeddah, KSA
