A leading organization is seeking an experienced Network & Security Engineer to design, manage, troubleshoot, and secure enterprise network infrastructure in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role covers LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, enterprise routing and switching, wireless infrastructure, firewalls, and network security.

The successful candidate will work with Cisco networking technologies and enterprise firewalls
, supporting Layer 2/3 environments, routing protocols, VPN connectivity, network segmentation, and security infrastructure. Experience supporting CCTV, VMS, IP cameras, and access-control networks is highly preferred.

• Design and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLAN, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, and Layer 2/3 technologies.
• Manage Cisco routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and enterprise firewalls.
• Configure NAT, IPSec/SSL VPN, ACLs, and network segmentation.
• Design and support networks for CCTV, IP cameras, VMS, and access-control systems.
• Perform advanced network troubleshooting and packet analysis.
• Conduct root cause analysis for complex network and security incidents.
• Support fiber-optic infrastructure, SFP/SFP+ modules, and PoE/PoE+ systems.
• Prepare network diagrams, IP addressing plans, and technical documentation.
• Participate in site surveys and infrastructure assessments.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Maintain network documentation and configuration records.

• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Network Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Related field
• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise networking and network security.
• CCNA certification is required.
• CCNP Enterprise is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
• Experience with enterprise firewalls such as:
  • Fortinet
  • Palo Alto
  • Cisco
• Strong knowledge of:
  • TCP/IP
  • VLAN
  • STP
  • DHCP
  • DNS
  • NAT
  • OSPF
  • BGP
• Experience with IPSec/SSL VPN.
• Experience using Wireshark for packet analysis.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools.
• Experience with CCTV/VMS and physical security networks is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
