We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced IT Application Support Specialist to join our enterprise technology and real estate development team on a full-time on-site basis in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this critical IT systems support role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day functional and technical support for enterprise business applications and ERP platforms. The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 2 years of professional experience in application support, IT systems, or ERP administration, with strong technical troubleshooting capabilities and hands-on familiarity with Odoo ERP.

As an IT Application Support Specialist in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, via AVED, you will serve as a principal technical point of contact responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of business applications across our real estate development divisions. Your daily responsibilities will encompass diagnosing and resolving application incidents, managing user access controls, executing system patches, and coordinating with business units to optimize operational workflows.

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for mission-critical enterprise business applications and ERP platforms.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, system errors, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.
• Manage user access permissions, security roles, system configurations, and database integrity across enterprise systems.
• Coordinate proactively with business units to understand functional requirements, analyze pain points, and streamline workflows.
• Support and execute system patches, application upgrades, regression testing, and integration validation activities.
• Author comprehensive user documentation, training guides, standard operating procedures, and FAQ manuals.
• Ensure strict adherence to IT data governance, security baselines, and company compliance policies.
• Participate in software testing cycles, bug triage meetings, and vendor support ticket escalations.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure and network teams to ensure high availability of application environments.
• Maintain accurate logs of service requests, incident resolutions, and system modification requests.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Application Support, IT Systems Administration, or ERP Support.
• Strong technical proficiency and troubleshooting experience with Odoo ERP or similar enterprise ERP platforms.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and end-user coordination skills.
• Mandatory residency/work authorization:
  Full readiness to work on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

• Professional certifications such as Odoo Functional Consultant, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator.
• Prior professional experience within the real estate development, property management, or construction sectors.
• Familiarity with SQL database querying, API integration monitoring, and basic scripting.
• Immediate availability for professional mobilization in Jeddah.
