Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect
Location
:
Jeddah, Saudi
Experience : 10+ years
ERP Solution Architecture- Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP architecture covering Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management), EPM, and HCM modules.
- Define functional and technical solution designs aligned with business objectives.
- Develop solution blueprints, architectural standards, and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead ERP transformation programs and guide solution delivery teams.
- Provide architectural oversight across all implementation phases (Design, Build, Test, Deploy).
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign and optimize finance and procurement processes.
- Recommend Oracle Cloud ERP best practices and standardization.
- Drive adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities to minimize customizations.
- Define integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs.
- Design data migration strategies, reconciliation processes, and data governance frameworks.
- Ensure seamless integration with non-Oracle systems (CRM, HRMS, legacy systems).
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
- Lead architecture workshops and solution reviews.
- Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements.
- Drive cost optimization and efficient use of Oracle Cloud services.
Skills & Qualifications Functional Expertise
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules:
- Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management)
- EPM
- HCM
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and configurations
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi)
- Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Knowledge of OCI fundamentals and cloud architecture patterns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-country ERP deployments.
