We are seeking an experienced Senior Network & Security Engineer to support enterprise networking and network security operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The position is suited to networking professionals with 5–8 years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure, security technologies, and technical troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will work with Cisco networking environments, enterprise firewalls, routing and switching technologies, VPN infrastructure, network monitoring, and security systems. Experience supporting CCTV/VMS and physical security networks is highly preferred, making this role particularly relevant to professionals with integrated IT and security infrastructure experience.

• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage Cisco networking equipment and enterprise network environments.
• Configure and support enterprise firewalls, including Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco solutions.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, OSPF, and BGP-related issues.
• Configure and support IPSec and SSL VPN solutions.
• Analyze network traffic and troubleshoot connectivity issues using Wireshark.
• Utilize network monitoring tools to identify and resolve infrastructure problems.
• Support network security and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate network requirements with IT, security, and other technical teams.
• Support CCTV/VMS and physical security network infrastructure where required.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and network-related records.
• Ensure network infrastructure follows established security and operational standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
  , or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise networking and network security.
• CCNA certification is required
  .
• CCNP Enterprise certification is preferred
  .
• Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies.
• Experience with enterprise firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco
  .
• Strong knowledge of:
  • TCP/IP
  • VLAN
  • STP
  • DHCP
  • DNS
  • NAT
  • OSPF
  • BGP
• Experience with IPSec/SSL VPN
  .
• Experience using Wireshark and network monitoring tools.
• CCTV/VMS and physical security network experience is highly preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good English communication and technical reporting skills.
• Relevant network security and vendor certifications are advantageous.
