Description:
The Information Technology Manager is a full-time, on‑site role based in Jeddah, overseeing IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to support production, logistics, and administrative functions. Key responsibilities include managing network and server environments, supervising IT support and helpdesk activities, coordinating maintenance, upgrades, and system integrations, developing IT policies, cybersecurity measures, backup and disaster recovery plans, and leading IT projects and vendor management.
Qualifications:- Skills in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and hardware maintenance.
- Skills in systems administration and application support, such as ERP systems, production systems, and database management.
- Skills in cybersecurity, data protection, access control, and backup and disaster recovery planning.
- Skills in IT project management, vendor coordination, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Skills in user support, troubleshooting, documentation, and training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL) are an advantage.
- Relevant experience in managing IT environments within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial settings.
