Digital Learning Trainer

We are looking for a Digital Learning Trainer to enhance digital learning, drive engagement, and support the continuous development of our teams.

The Digital Learning Trainer manages digital learning platforms and content, monitors learning engagement and completion, supports digital training initiatives, and creates engaging learning materials aligned with Dior’s standards and business needs.

• Manage and maintain digital learning platforms, including My Dior and Skills Up
  .
• Upload, update, and monitor learning content and completion.
• Identify and coordinate the resolution of platform issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly learning reports and dashboards.
• Track completion, participation, engagement, and learning hours.
• Use MS Excel to analyze data and identify trends and gaps.
• Create engaging learning materials and communications using Canva
  .
• Develop short learning videos and tutorials using Cap Cut
  .
• Ensure content reflects Dior’s luxury and professional standards.
• Support digital learning initiatives and training projects.
• Assist trainers and employees with digital tools and platforms.
• Drive employee engagement and adoption of digital learning.
• Stay updated on digital learning trends and technologies.
• Work closely with trainers, Store Managers, Beauty Consultants, and regional teams.

• Experience in Digital Learning, L&D, Training, or a related field
  .
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI
  , with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports and dashboards.
• Advanced Canva and Cap Cut skills.
• Strong interest in digital learning, technology, and creative content.
• Fluent English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational, analytical, Communication skills, and follow-up skills.
• Creative, proactive, and data-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in luxury and beauty is an advantage.
• Experience with digital learning tools and platforms
  ; familiarity with LMS is a plus.
• Strong digital savviness
  , with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
