Department: Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
About the Role
Join Al Salama Hospital’s ICT team to build and maintain business intelligence and reporting solutions. You will turn hospital data into accurate, actionable insights that help clinical, administrative and leadership teams make better decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and turn them into reports and dashboards (Power BI, SSRS).
- Develop, manage and monitor SSIS projects and ETL processes.
- Support system and device integrations with the EHR, and troubleshoot data flow issues.
- Ensure data security, governance and compliance with best practices.
- Train end users and guide the BI and Data Analyst.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field (Microsoft PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst certification is a plus). - Experience:
1–3 years developing BI solutions (hands-on experience with Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, ETL and Power Automate is a plus).
