SHIFT INC is actively seeking a skilled, motivated, and technical Technical Support Specialist to join our corporate IT team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on a full-time permanent on-site basis, welcoming candidates who can join immediately. In this critical IT operations and end-user support role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure, administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, and ensuring uncompromised operational uptime.

As a Technical Support Specialist supporting advanced IT infrastructure at SHIFT INC in Jeddah, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of daily IT support tasks, hardware/software troubleshooting, user account management, and network device monitoring. Your day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring computers, printers, and mobile devices, administering Windows Server and Active Directory environments, managing VPN connectivity and data backup procedures, and handling incidents in accordance with established SLAs.

You will also provide specialized technical support for Telematics systems and IoT devices. Furthermore, you will manage application requirements via direct email to , ensuring strict compliance with immediate joining availability and technical support experience standards.

• Provide responsive Level 1 and Level 2 technical support and troubleshooting for corporate end-users across all office locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex computer hardware, operating system software, and local area network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, IP phones, and mobile handheld devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, user account provisioning, and access permissions.
• Monitor and maintain core network devices, including enterprise switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls.
• Manage IT asset inventories, equipment allocation logs, and hardware/software procurement support workflows.
• Handle incoming IT incidents and service requests efficiently in strict accordance with established SLAs and response metrics.
• Support remote VPN connectivity, cybersecurity policies, system patch updates, and automated data backup procedures.

• Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressive professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or desktop engineering.
• Strong practical knowledge of computer hardware architecture, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft 365.
• Solid foundational understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewall rules, and endpoint security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Mandatory legal work eligibility in Saudi Arabia with local residency and availability for immediate on-site operations in Jeddah.
