Manger - Analysis & Reporting

Responsible for analyzing and reporting on KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and improve functional performance. collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, develop performance reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency

• Design and develop visually appealing and informative dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate performance data.
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive and dynamic reports.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations

• - Proven experience in performance analysis and reporting, preferably in a data-intensive environment.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
