Overview

Our law firm in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Indian Attorney to join our team. This is an opportunity for an English-speaking attorney with experience in both Indian and international law to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters related to Indian law and international transactions
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Stay updated on changes in Indian laws and regulations that may affect our clients' business interests in Saudi Arabia
• Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm on complex cases or projects

• Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law in India, preferably with exposure to international transactions
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws, regulations, and legal system
• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Proven ability to handle complex cases and provide sound legal advice
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
