Supply manager

Overview

Supply Manager – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain operations of our company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure that all materials and products are sourced, stored, and delivered in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer demands.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet customer demand
• Identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality products
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan production accordingly
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise
• Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement and supply chain management

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
• Proven experience as a Supply Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationship management
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive pricing from suppliers
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to procurement in Saudi Arabia is preferred
• Fluency in English is required
