Supply Chain Coordinator - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials in our company. Your main responsibility will be to manage our supply chain processes and maintain the inventory levels to meet customer demands.

• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential supply shortages or overages
• Track and analyze key performance indicators such as lead times, delivery times, and inventory turnover
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any issues that may arise
• Oversee the execution of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Coordinate with logistics team to arrange transportation of goods
• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions based on analysis
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with different teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of supply chain management software is a plus
• Experience negotiating with suppliers preferred
