Supply and Distribution Planner; Make Up Forever

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply and Distribution Planner to optimize our supply planning and distribution processes, ensuring efficient inventory management and successful project execution.

This role requires strong analytical skills, collaborative leadership and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Demand & Stock validation:
  Validate supply needs by thoroughly analyzing sales demand and current stock levels to ensure optimum product availability.
• Supply plan optimization:
  Develop and implement optimized supply plans that balance service level targets with logistic cost efficiencies.
• Parameter management:
  Regularly review and adjust stock and replenishment parameters to maintain supply chain effectiveness.
• Performance & risk visibility:
  Provide clear visibility on key performance indicators (KPIs) and potential risks to relevant stakeholders (Management, Brand, Region, HQ) through effective communication and periodic reviews.
• Inventory management & quality:
  Lead cross-functional supply planning processes, engaging with stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics, to develop recommendations and implement action plans that drive business metrics.
• Cross-functional collaboration:
  
  Lead cross functional supply planning processes with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics etc), make recommendations and implement action plans to drive business metrics.
• S&OP support:
  Support the manager in the implementation of monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, including slide preparation and deviation analysis.

• Counter-Automatic replenishment:
  Lead the roll-out of Automatic replenishment project to the 8 boutiques collaborating closely with Sales and Retail teams.
• Inventory management at stores:
  Ensure optimal inventory health and coverage at stores while maximizing service levels to meet customer demand.
• Stock arbitrations:
  Propose and implement solutions for effective stock arbitration across various distribution channels.
• Assortment & catalog management:
  Maintain the Brand Assortment List and manage catalog parameters within the Point of Sales.
• Team Project Leadership:
  Serve as the primary project leader for all planning functions, encompassing Demand, Supply, and Distribution.
• Process Improvement:
  Coordinate functional needs and facilitate the implementation of process improvements across the planning team.
• Project Visibility:
  Provide regular updates and visibility on key project developments to management, ensuring alignment and transparency.

• Proven experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of motivating team work and collaborating effectively with managers and diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power Bi or automation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
• Problem-solving aptitude with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
• Ability to adapt to different leadership styles and team dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
