Warehouse Operations Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Analyst to support efficient and safe warehouse operations in Jeddah. This role is key to ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth material flow, and compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

• Support daily warehouse activities across consumables, finished goods, and raw materials.
• Ensure accurate stock control and efficient warehouse processes aligned with FIFO principles.
• Coordinate between warehouse, production, and logistics teams.
• Maintain SAP data accuracy and support both inbound and outbound operations.

The role is part of the Supply Chain team, working closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Planning functions. The team focuses on operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement while supporting business growth in Saudi Arabia.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (FMCG preferred).
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong Excel and data handling skills.
• Good communication skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
