Supply Chain Manager Indonesian Speaker

SBTC (Said Bawazir Trading Company) is a leading distribution company in Saudi Arabia, specializing in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food, and beverage products. The company delivers reliable wholesale trading and end-to-end supply chain solutions across the Kingdom.

This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Manager (Indonesian Speaker) role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Supply Chain Manager oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory control, procurement coordination, and distribution activities for assigned product lines. This role involves managing relationships with Indonesian-speaking suppliers and partners, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing and replenishment. The individual will monitor key performance indicators, analyze supply chain data, and implement process improvements to reduce costs, minimize stock-outs, and optimize service levels.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales, logistics, and finance teams, preparing forecasts and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and resolving operational issues across the supply chain network.

• Proven experience in Supply Management and Procurement to handle sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Hands-on expertise in Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce waste, and improve turnover.
• Fluency in Indonesian and strong English communication skills; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., APICS, CIPS) are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with ERP or supply chain planning systems and solid MS Excel skills.
• Experience in FMCG, food, or beverage distribution is highly preferred.
