Position: Inventory Analyst (2023629)

Job Description

Maintain the Supply Chain system updated and accurate through collaboration with the concerned stakeholders. Support the decision making process by identifying Supply Chain performance, participating in Management Meetings, reporting and providing performance analysis. Ensure efficient inventory control in line with ISO and safety policies and procedures.

Accountabilities
  • Reporting Documentation:
    Issue monthly closing reports, include all monthly transactions, and follow up with warehouses and stakeholders to ensure timely closing.
  • Participate in the annual count process: archive documents, follow up with warehouses and stakeholders for accuracy, ensure timely and accurate annual count, issue the annual count report accordingly.
  • Items Management:
    Adjust item price, quantity, and expiry date on the system based on approved requests to keep the system updated and accurate.
  • Operations:
    Follow up on action plans set on the Supply Chain departments, issue progress reports, communicate to management to ensure target achievement.
  • Execute invoices cancellation and retail good stock transfer from stores to warehouse on the system based on approved requests to ensure utilization of resources and system accuracy.
  • Safety Procedures:
    Work in compliance with ISO and safety procedures and requirements to maintain ISO certification and safe working environment.
  • Supply Chain Performance:
    Identify and analyze performance through issuance of KPIs periodic reports, control operations, identify areas for improvement, support decision making.
  • Participate in periodic management meetings: consolidate all departments' presentations, follow up on meeting action plans, present KPIs to showcase performance.
  • Employee duties are not limited to the above mentioned accountabilities; the employee may perform other duties as assigned.

  • Days off: 2 days off
  • Working Hours:

    8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Requirements
  • BSc Degree or Diploma (2 years)
  • 3 Years of Experience
Experience
  • MS Office Suite:
    Expert in Excel
  • WMS or Inventory Applications
  • Computer Skills (general)
  • English language proficiency
  • Arabic language proficiency
