Overview
Lead bottom‑up consensus demand plans for cluster categories, ensuring alignment across commercial and operational stakeholders while maintaining end‑to‑end operational efficiencies. The role focuses on product availability, freshness, optimal inventory, and consistent service level achievement to support cluster growth and market share expansion.
Responsibilities- Develop 18‑month horizon consensus demand plans in line with cluster, category and channel dynamics.
- Lead pre‑alignment and sign‑off meetings with cluster head, sales, CMT and marketing teams; ensure sell‑out IMS data, trade coverage and stock‑cover policy are incorporated.
- Analyze sales bias by SKU and district to support forecasting decisions.
- Perform advanced price‑elasticity simulations to anticipate currency impacts and model multi‑scenario volume implications with commercial teams.
- Identify risks and opportunities for commercially resilient, data‑driven decision‑making.
- Collaborate with district sales senior managers to analyze second‑tier wholesalers, improve forecast accuracy, and refine demand projections across the distribution network.
- Manage ICP in collaboration with commercial teams.
- Build baseline demand forecasts for new product launches and promotions, aligning baseline and uplift assumptions with market size and competitor pricing.
- Prepare PIPO E2E plans, supply alerts and analyze previous month performance to avoid out‑of‑stock or over‑stock on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with clearance teams, category supply planners, DSP category managers, logistics and other functions to secure timely, fresh supply and maintain optimal inventory.
- Contribute to bad goods reduction through MSR meetings, ensuring action plans are reflected in MBPC outcomes.
- Escalate unavoidable risks, monitor KPI evolution (tonnage growth, DPA M‑1 & M‑3, bias, COF, stock cover, bad goods), and drive proactive performance improvements.
- Maintain and communicate the DPA learning log to the cluster category group.
- Lead the analytical hub to report deviations vs. actuals by reason code, coordinate with local AP team for promo stock execution, and support order fulfillment management.
- Govern the end‑to‑end monthly pallet projection process and collaborate with warehouse and logistics stakeholders to ensure space availability and supply chain contingencies.
- Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning.
- F&B background preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
