Job Overview

To analyze, optimize, and manage supply and replenishment planning to ensure continuous stock availability, minimize costs, and improve service levels within the company’s supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain inventory strategies by regularly reviewing and optimizing inventory parameters (e.g., reorder points, safety stock, ABC categorization, forecast bias) to ensure product availability and minimize excess stock.
  • Set and monitor inventory targets, tracking actual stock levels vs. targets to ensure continuous supply across the distribution network.
  • Maintain and update master data in supply planning systems, ensuring accuracy in lead times, transportation modes, sourcing details, and safety stock levels for effective decision‑making.
  • Analyze stock movement and inventory projections, developing supply plans to minimize out‑of‑stock scenarios while optimizing purchasing costs and working capital.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues (e.g., supply shortages, delays, excess stock) and define corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Compile and share rolling 12‑month supply forecasts, detailing order projections, inventory levels, and storage requirements with operations and finance teams.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing team and suppliers to ensure timely order shipments and receipts, securing availability at the national level.
  • Plan and execute stock transfers between branches, ensuring proper inventory balance and product availability across different locations.
  • Follow up with warehouses on order fulfillment, ensuring timely execution of stock transfers and receiving orders by monitoring SAP reports.
  • Resolve supplier‑related issues, such as under/over‑deliveries, damages, and freshness concerns, collaborating with supplier counterparts to maintain product integrity.
  • Develop and track supplier performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and enhancing supplier reliability.
  • Measure and analyze key supply chain KPIs, including product availability, plan attainment, inventory health, and new product introductions, setting continuous improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Demand Planning, Sales, Operations, and Finance) to ensure alignment and efficiency in supply chain processes.

Support system enhancements and best practice sharing, ensuring consistency in supply planning methodologies across teams.

Minimum Requirements
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Industrial Engineering or any other Engineering field, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong adaptability.
