Ensure purchasing activities are done efficiently
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES
- Receive and review PR from requesting department
- Collect offers from suppliers
- Place PO on ERP system.
- Send PO to supplier and follow up receiving order confirmation from Supplier
- Follow up deliveries of open orders
- Monitor suppliers' performance periodically
- Verify the receipt of items are as per PO / contracts
- Perform all cash purchased items.
- Manage any additional assignment given by the Procurement Head.
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply chain, Commerce, Business Administration.
Experience+5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement in Frozen food & FMCG
