Back-Office Operations Executive Freight Forwarding & Logistics Operations Trade Lane

Natco Middle East is a specialized freight forwarding and logistics company with strong operations across the Gulf region. We are expanding our back-office operations team in Bangalore to support our growing Saudi Arabia freight corridor. If you have hands-on experience in freight documentation and a sharp eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process all freight documentation — AWB, Bill of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions for Saudi Arabia-bound shipments
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents for bookings, space confirmation, and shipment tracking
• Handle Saudi Customs documentation requirements including SABER, FASAH portal entries, and import/export compliance
• Liaise with Saudi Arabia customs brokers and destination agents to ensure smooth clearance and on-time delivery
• Update and maintain accurate shipment records in the internal operations system and provide timely status updates to clients
• Support the operations team with rate inquiries, routing coordination, and shipment exception handling

What we're looking for

• 5-10 years of experience in freight forwarding back-office or logistics operation
• Hands-on knowledge of Saudi Arabia import/export regulations and customs documentation
• Familiarity with SABER and FASAH platforms is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with freight management or ERP software is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English;
  Arabic language skills are an added advantage
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple shipments simultaneously
