Purchasing Officer - Saudi Talent

Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Materials professional with a strong customer‑service focus to join our team as a Purchasing Officer. This role involves executing, completing, and ordering daily procurement requests to meet hotel and storeroom needs.

• Complete administrative procedures for allocated purchase requests and orders.
• Select best price quotations and ensure quality for all received orders upon confirmation.
• Query and clarify any concerns regarding purchase request data, including description, units, quantities, and specifications.
• Coordinate with buyers to process quotes and complete deliveries within logical time frames.
• Ensure approved purchase orders are forwarded to vendors in a timely manner.
• Review and update locked price quotations, supplier data, and date validity.
• Engage vendors for new products, request samples, and provide proof of quality and price competitiveness.

A bachelor’s degree and prior experience in Materials within a multinational group are desired. Experience with an international computer purchasing system and the Middle East market is essential. Excellent written and spoken English is required, and Arabic language knowledge is an added benefit.
