Sales Operations | Order Fulfillment Support

End‑to‑end order fulfillment from entry to final delivery, ensuring alignment with customer commitments and agreed service levels. Monitor and improve Order Fulfillment KPIs, including On‑Time Delivery, OTIF, Order Cycle Time, Backorders, and Delay Root Cause Analysis.

Import & Export Operations
  • Manage day‑to‑day Import and Export activities, ensuring smooth execution of shipment plans and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers regarding bookings, dispatched shipments, and delivery schedules.
  • Manage freight forwarding and customs clearance brokers for all types of Import and Export, including Finished Goods, Project Cargo, Machinery, and Spare Parts.
  • Track shipment status and resolve operational issues related to delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies.
Supply Chain – Cross‑Functional Coordination
  • Act as a coordination point between Sales, Supply Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless flow of orders and shipments.
  • Support alignment between demand, inventory readiness, shipment planning, and customer delivery expectations.
  • Identify bottlenecks across the supply chain and support corrective actions to improve service levels and reduce lead times.
Performance Management
  • Prepare and maintain Export operational reports covering orders, shipment, and delivery status.
  • Analyze performance trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Insurance & Compliance
  • Support marine and land insurance management, including policy administration, renewals, claims coordination, and payment follow‑up.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance requirements, and international trade regulations.
Continuous Improvement & Team Support
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to sales operations, order management, and logistics efficiency.
  • Assist in SOP updates, system accuracy, and data quality improvements.
  • Act as backup to the line manager and provide operational support to team members as needed.
Qualifications
  • 7–10 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Sales Operations; FMCG industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands‑on Import & Export experience in Saudi Arabia, including customs, re‑export, and port operations.
  • Strong order management background (order flow, allocation, shipment planning).
  • Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and distributors.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Proficiency with shipment tracking tools and logistics dashboards.
  • Strong ownership mindset and proactive follow‑up.
  • Excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage pressure, delays, and escalations professionally.
  • Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
