Warehouse & Distribution Manager – Alcon (Saudi Arabia) is a full‑time, on‑site role focused on driving logistics excellence across the distribution network in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to deliver exceptional customer service levels while optimizing warehousing, transportation, and inventory performance.
- Manage 3PL operations through regular performance reviews, monitoring key service level agreements (SLAs), implementing corrective actions, and ensuring on‑time, accurate order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Lead logistics budgeting, cost‑to‑serve analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to identify savings opportunities across inbound logistics, warehousing, transportation, and reverse logistics while maintaining service excellence.
- Develop analytics, dashboards, and operational reporting to provide visibility of inventory, logistics performance, stock discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities, enabling data‑driven decision‑making.
- Drive operational excellence projects and ensure compliance with quality, customs, trade, security, environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements while fostering strong partnerships across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Sales, and external logistics providers.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain roles within a multinational organization; experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or FMCG industries preferred.
- Proven experience managing third‑party logistics providers (3PLs), warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and SAP ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, develop dashboards, and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organization.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
